3/4 cup Coconut Butter
1/4 cup Sprouted Almond Butter
1/4 cup Unsweetened Organic Applesauce
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 1/4 cup Raw Sesame Seeds (or hemp hearts)
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
3 scoops Bone Broth IQ
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 16 count silicon baking mold sheet (or muffin molds)- if not silicon then grease with coconut oil.
Add all ingredients except sesame seeds into a large bowl. Stir until combined. Drop in sesame seeds and stir to coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until tops brown. Remove from the oven, keep in the molds, and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Then, transfer to the freezer for another 20 minutes to firm up.
Can store at room temperature.
